Please include your name, contact information, and claim number in any correspondence.

If your claim requires an immediate response, such as an on-scene investigation, please notify us by phone when an assignment is submitted.

We attempt to acknowledge all new assignments received via email during business hours within 10 minutes.  Our assignments email is monitored between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 15 minutes, or if your assignment is submitted outside normal business hours, we request that you call 800-421-0679 to advise an assignment has been submitted.  This helps ensure there is no delay in our of your assignment.
